NOT COMPATIBLE?!?!?!

I like the look of it, but cannot actually rate it fairly because it will not install on my iPhone. The requirements state: iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, with iOS 3.12+.
I have the iPhone 3G with iOS4.0.1. Seems like it should work. When it does I will give it a better rating, Im sure.
