A Story Before Bed Recordable Children's Books App Reviews

Anthonytechhelp here. The recording playback doesnt have any volume for me. Is anyone able to help? The only other app Ive had an issue with this is an Italian to English translater (with proper pronunciation). And yes my volume was up. Id loveit if the creators of this could work out this bug. My little sister depends on it. Grazie!

Everyone with a child and an iPad needs to have this application. Ive been recording stories for my 10 month old daughter for just about a week now and wish I had started earlier. When Im away at work and its time for a nap, my daughters nanny plays back a couple of recorded stories and my daughter gets to "connect" with mommy even though Im not there. Its fun at naptime and bedtime or any time of day. When recording new stories, I always have my daughter there with me in front of the camera. When playing stories back, shell point at the recording over and over again. She loves seeing the videos of us together.

We have recorded about 12 books, and grandma has recorded a couple for our 4 and 6 year old boys. We also record them with the 6 year old where he practices reading. It will be cool to be able to record on the iPad and hopefully highlight the words with a finger as you go. Love the new all subscription option.

Booo doesnt load

They sell books for $6.99 and you cant record any book using your iPhone. You have to login to computer and buy books to record. What part of it is free?

Ok, love the idea and love the 3 books I have, but the $99/year membership is crazy. One book at a time is all Id wants, not their all or nothing deal.

This app is a long awaited treat. Think of all of the children whose parents are far away. These stories within this app bring that beloved parent home in a wonderful way! I love that you can not only see your loved ones face, but hear their voice as well. A TREASURE INDEED!!!

I really like the premise of the app...as a teacher I see the benefit of helping early readers. As a father I see the $9.99 a month price tag and shy away. A lesser monthly price seems a bit more understandable, or the option to purchase books individually.

I love that my 2 year old can enjoy story time with his grandparents who live in another state AND the ones who live in another country with this app. Once the books are recorded, they are available in this app forever - even if you cancel your subscription. And the app is very easy for my son to maneuver himself.

I wish you could record on this app instead of having to do it on a computer... When Im traveling its more practical to just carry an iPhone not my laptop...I wish you could all fix that.. Im glad I found out before I made a monthly purchase, if you added that feature I so would, and a lot of coworkers I know would too!!

Teach your kids to read

My children loves it! I pre-record and before bed they get a surprise reading!!

I have a 3 yr old little girl here in the U.S. And her grandma lives in Europe. Everyday since my mom got this app she has read a few stories for my little girl and she absolutely Loves it. Because of this app my little girl will be able to have a better relationship with my Mom. To the developer of this app THANK YOU!!!

When I first downloaded the app to told me to sign up. When I did, the page was blank. There was no books. All I could do was log in and out.

I signed up and all the app has is a blank screen. Oh well.

I was really excited about this app to do with my baby cousin when he comes over at nap time so i signed up but all I got was a blank screen

I love this app, however I cant buy individual books without subscribing for 9.99 I went on the website but cant use it due to iPad no having flash. You should be able to purchase books one by one if you want and be able to do so within the app. Please fix this!

I thought wow that sounds awesome. Signed up even signed up for the newsletter. Got the app zip nothing but a blank page.dont waste your time dont get your hopes up.

Truly dreadful app for such an expensive service. Unusable, crashes every time we try to record a story. Same crash on different iPads. Requesting privacy setting updates for Mic and Camera not handled by app for either.
